Is my deposit refundable?
Your deposit is non-refundable. However, if you notify us at least 90 days before your retreat, we can transfer your deposit to another available retreat.

When is my remaining balance due?
For US retreats: The remaining balance is due 60 days before your retreat.
For International retreats: The remaining balance is due 90 days before your retreat.
We offer flexible payment options: monthly, interest-free installments or payment in full.

Is the remaining balance refundable?
For US retreats: Full refunds (excluding deposit) are available for cancellations made 90 days before the retreat.
For International retreats: Full refunds (excluding deposit) are available for cancellations made 120 days before the retreat.
Cancellations made after these deadlines are non-refundable.

Are flights included?
Flights are not included. We'll provide suggested arrival times to optimize your retreat experience. Please allow for potential travel delays.

How do I get to/from the airport and hotel?
We provide airport transportation. Please provide your flight details, and we'll arrange your pickup and drop-off.

Which airport should I fly into?
Airport details are included in your retreat itinerary.

Are rooms single or double occupancy?
Listed prices are for double occupancy. Single occupancy is available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

Can I choose my roommate?
Yes! Please indicate your roommate preference on the registration form. Both participants must list each other.

Can I arrive early or stay longer?
Yes! We recommend this, especially for international travel. Contact us at hello@blackandbould.com for accommodation assistance.

Why do itineraries vary in detail?

Do I have to stick to the itinerary?
No! Feel free to opt out of activities. Please inform us in advance if possible, as this could lower your retreat cost.

Our trainers offer diverse, adaptable workouts for all fitness levels. Modifications are available. Communication with trainers is encouraged.

I know this retreat is for wellness, but can I drink alcohol?
Yes, alcohol is permitted. Select meals may include alcoholic beverages.

Is there an age requirement?
Most retreats require participants to be 18+ unless otherwise specified. Family and corporate retreats may have different requirements.

Our typical age range is 25-45, but all ages are welcome.

Group sizes range from 6-14 participants.

Yes! We'll create a WhatsApp group 4-6 weeks before the retreat for introductions.

Do I need an international phone plan?
Not necessarily. WhatsApp works with Wi-Fi, which is available at hotels and most locations.

No, we highly recommend obtaining your own travel insurance.

Luxury accommodations, three meals daily, snacks, workouts, spa & wellness treatments, adventures & activities, transportation, and welcome gifts.
